We recognize that treatments for metastatic melanoma are expensive.  For that reason, we have created a financial assistance program to help offset the costs of those treatments for patients living with metastatic melanoma.  Our program is individualized to each application and their needs.  

 

Eligibility Requirements:

In order to be eligible for the financial assistance program you must:

1. Have a diagnosis of metastatic melanoma confirmed by your healthcare provider

2. Be in active treatment for your cancer

3. Live in Michigan

While we wish that we could provide financial assistance to everyone who applies, our funds are limited.  Our board of directors will review all applications for financial assistance and will provide financial assistance on a case-by-case basis.
